The secret's out. There is another stereotype for librarians out right now, passive aggressiveness.

I don't think it's a secret that librarians are a passive aggressive bunch -- most of the ones I've met would rather go out of their way not to confront someone in favor of sending an email, or more likely, an anonymous little namby-pamby post-it note on someone's screen.

ReplyDeleteI think dealing with the mix bag that is the general public, the best way to act is passive aggressive. Librarians are way too nice.
